“Grease” at Western Canada Theatre Spring 2023

I worked with Western Canada Theatre as a remote cutter/stitcher for there production of Grease in April 2023. I was responsible for creating six smock overdresses made of a white iridescent see through fabric. The smocks had flat lined yoke fronts and backs with a front opening. Sleeves and the body pieces where french seamed together then gathered into the yokes. The hems, neck bows, and closers where done by the stitchers at the theatre.

I also created two pairs of orange tap pants made with a 1940’s knickers pattern draft. They had a side seam closer with a strait waist band and an elastic waist back.
